Please make an appointment, preferably by this site, with the doctor of your choice or according to the availability. We are a group practice so your medical file can be accessed by all the doctors.
The time per consultation is limited to 15 minutes, please make one appointment per person and respect our time schedule.

If you are not able to come to your appointment, please cancel on time so someone still has the chance to make an appointment. We will charge a fee if not cancelled on time.
Prescriptions
According to the GDPR-regulations, no documents can be left at the secretary. Please ask your prescriptions during your follow-up appointment.

Global Medical File (GMD)
The global medical file contains all your medical information (operations, chronic illnesses, ongoing treatments,…).
If you have opened a GMD, you get a 30% higher reimbursement for your consultation and the supplement for a visit after 6 pm is completely reimbursed. This GMD had to be renewed yearly and therefore we need your e-ID and pincode.
