The time per consultation is limited to 15 minutes, please make one appointment per person and respect our time schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not able to come to your appointment, please cancel on time so someone still has the chance to make an appointment. We will charge a fee if not cancelled on time.<\/p>\n

Prescriptions<\/em><\/p>\n

According to the GDPR-regulations, no documents can be left at the secretary.\u00a0 Please ask your prescriptions during your follow-up appointment.<\/p>\n

Global Medical File (GMD)<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The global medical file contains all your medical information (operations, chronic illnesses, ongoing treatments,…).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If you have opened a GMD, you get a 30% higher reimbursement for your consultation and the supplement for a visit after 6 pm is completely reimbursed. This GMD had to be renewed yearly and therefore we need your e-ID and pincode.<\/p>\n
